Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)

ALM Systems can design a complete data collection system that can poll devices and log data into an MS Access or Oracle database for future analysis, archiving or report generation.  Alarm data is collected in real-time and stored for historical playback.  User control levels may be created so that a supervisor might have more control than a machine operator.  The backbone of any scada system is the network for control devices to communicate across.  We create and maintain this network that communicates to plc's, motor drives, operator interfaces, vision systems, computers, etc...  The scada network allows for remote control and remote alarming to cell phones or email.
